True North Silicon Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") operates the Moore.io platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your username, email address, and password. You may optionally provide your first name, last name, and profile avatar.
Organization Information: If you belong to an organization, we store organization name, description, logo, and membership data as provided by your organization's administrator.
Project and IP Data: We store the IP specifications, testbench configurations, and project metadata you create on the platform. This includes entity definitions, parameter values, and version history.
Usage Data: We collect server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for the purpose of service operation and security.
AI Interaction Data: When you use AI-assisted features (Irene, mio spec, mio code), your prompts and the AI responses are processed to deliver the service. We do not use your prompts or IP data to train AI models.
Your data is stored on servers located in Canada. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure password hashing, and access controls. On-premise deployments store all data within your own infrastructure.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Project and IP data is retained for as long as the owning project exists. You may delete your projects and IP at any time. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
