By accessing or using the Moore.io platform ("Service"), operated by True North Silicon Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Moore.io is a verification automation platform that provides tools for ASIC and FPGA design verification, including testbench specification capture, UVMx code generation, simulation execution, and AI-assisted verification workflows. The Service includes the Moore.io web application, the mooreio_client CLI tool, and associated APIs.
You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree not to:
The Service, including its software, documentation, and design, is owned by True North Silicon Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service.
You retain ownership of the IP specifications, testbench designs, and verification code you create using the Service. Generated code produced by the UVMx code generation system is licensed to you for use in your projects under the terms of your subscription.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment conditions are as described on the Moore.io website or in your organization's agreement with True North Silicon Inc.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUE NORTH SILICON INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination using the provided tools.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
